Shirley B. (Graveline) Johanns, 82, of Enfield, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday November 8, 2016 in Stafford Springs with loved ones at her side.She was the beloved wife of 50 years to the late Frederick L. Johanns, Sr. Shirley was born in Newington, CT on March 6, 1934, daughter of the late Joseph and Bernice Graveline and resided in Enfield for the past 50 years. She retired from Hallmark Cards, Inc. after 15 years of service. She enjoyed cooking, Sunday dinners and time spent with her loving family, trips to Sunapee and was an avid UCONN Huskies Women’s basketball fan.
Shirley is survived by her beloved family, four children; Robert D. Johanns of Enfield, Bruce A. Johanns of Stafford, Frederick L. Johanns, Jr. of Somers and Brenda L. Johanns of Broad Brook, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother Robert Graveline of Rocky Hill and a sister Florina McKenney of Mansfield, MA, along with many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Eugene Graveline.
Services for Shirley will be private at the convenience of the family.
