Obituary for May Yang Xiong

May Y. Xiong, 60, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September, 10th, 2015. May, one of 7 children, was born in Laos on June 8th, 1955. She then immigrated to the US in 1979 where she found work at HI-G and Englehart and resided in Enfield, CT. She loved playing cards and enjoyed traveling, socializing, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.
May is survived by her loving husband Boua Tong, her three sons, Dang & wife Jelich of Broadbrook, CT, Nua & wife Say of Enfield, CT, Kou & wife Kongchee of Enfield, CT, her two daughters, Kaying & husband WaYing Yang, of Stafford, CT and Soua & husband Ger Vang of Enfield, CT. She also leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, 43 Shaker Rd., Enfield has been entrusted with arrangements. Burial will be in Hazardville Cemetery, Enfield.
